rough idle

I have a 2007 is250 AWD that i lowered about 3 inches. Ever since I installed the coilovers, I've been getting a rough idle when in drive. I was wondering if anyone else had or has a similar issue, if so whats the cause of it?

That's normal with the AWDs

So is it true that lowering an AWD will put stress on the AWD system? that's why it idles rough?
