Where do you buy these from?? That one with the lexus logo is clean. Are these mounted on the side mirrors?

They're mounted were the door courtesy lights would be underneath door

got mine ordered and in today. Does the light simply pop out with the small flat head ? just want to make sure before I go messing with it

yep, pops right out and has a wire connector that has some slack on it. Put some tape around the screwdriver/tool so you dont damage the plastic panel.
