Default Any AWD owners change their differential fluids?

I am wondering if i should change front/rear differential fluid on my 250 AWD? I have 70K miles. The manual only says to inspect every 15K miles. So it doesnt say it needs replacing, but I've read several threads about people doing it. Just wondering if any AWD owners change thier fluids? if so at what mileage?

Ive only done my rear. The rear diff is easy to change. you can literally do it on the ground in a driveway. The front i have yet to change because its not as easy

No, the transmission isn't even touching the front differential, the transmission is mounted behind the engine, the differential is mounted in line with the front axle and underneath/beside the engine. There is a drive/propeller shaft between the transfer and the front differential. (Engine -> Transmission -> Transfer -> Front & Rear Differentials, they all have their own fluids).

Thanks for the info. That other article is confusing, because it mentions 2006 RWD having different fluid then 06-08 AWD. Does anyone know what the "lifetime" fluid for an 09 250 AWD is? is it Toyota Type LT GL-5 75W85?
