Default Tires( Front) 235/35/19 America tire Co

So I have a slow leak and these gheys told me they couldn't remove the tire, then remount the tire cause it's not the correct tire for the rim. "Sir we can't be liable for mounting the wrong size tire". Oh but you couldn't tell me that before you made the appt and have my **** drive early on a Sat morn?!
BTW when I called I told him it was a slight stretch and he said it shouldn't be a problem, I gave him the size rim and tire.

Have you guys ever had this happen? Or am I trippin?

Only reason there would be a rim leak is unless they damaged the tire while putting it on! They should be able to take it off fine, unless your tires are defective already? Whats your wheel fitment, offset? As for tire size, I have the same set up for my 2 front tires on my 19' wheels. Should be OK.

Go to a performance/tuner shop. Some places don't like messing with stretched tires for liability reasons.

^^ This... A lot of shops wont mess with stretched tires or make you sign a waiver on them. When I wanted to go with 225's on a 9.5 inch tire, I had to shop around for places to install them

The way around that with them is taking the wheel off the car and taking it to them without the actual car they're going on. Ask me how I know!

Suweet guys thanks. Oh btw it's 9.5 in the front. I'mma talk to the sup and tell them my complaint, it usually works no matter what place I complain to. I'll also ask him what if I bring the tire to you. Also I'm in San Jo so thanks for the heads up on a place to hit up!
I'm also skeptical about letting anyone torque my rims, I'mma go off if they F up my HRE's.

235-35-19 will have a stretch for sure on a 19x9.5 and also depends on the tire brand. Like what was said , either the tire bead didn't set on the wheel or they broke your bead on the tire. Most companies as America Tire & Discount Tire will not mount stretch wheels. Good Luck.

Aight so I talked to someone there who actually is knowledgeable on these type of tires. They do stretch tires with an acceptable limit. Also the load index is what they are picky about. My rears(93xl) they wont touch BUT the front(91y) they will. They ghey employee must have input both numbers for front and rear so he said NO WAY. Regardless if I took the wheel off and brought it to them they still won't mount it if the load index is not to their specs. At least this store won't, maybe others would. So I'mma go back and complain to the super and make sure is employees know what their inputting on their computers.
