Cool DIY VIDEO: How to Install illuminated Door Sills on 2006 Lexus IS250

First and foremost all praise goes to rljones from the post below. With out his insight I would have never been able to make this work let alone make this video.

Anyway, the install is pretty simple, but I always feel more comfortable with a video DIY and I couldn't find one so I decided to make one. All you have to do is run one wire from the white line on the sill connector to the red / brown line on the door button connector. I found it easier to remove 3 panels from each side. Front sill, back seat sill and the seat belt panel in-between. back sill is optional I guess but it definitely makes life allot easier. Takes no more than 30 minutes and your Lexus is glowing in the dark! lol Just did this yesterday and it looks awesome at night! One of the top mods for the is hands down.

Enjoy.
