Just installed SecoND version for 850. Exhaust has mo scratches shiny. No regrets coming from a m2 sounds awesome. The m2 was like drone from 1.5k - 3.5k then exhaust dies

Well I mean...you are comparing a $1400 exhaust to a $250 ebay one...I would hope the F sport is better built lol I have the first gen and it was quiet until I added a aftermarket resonator and now it growls I do need to hear version 2 in person. I was under the assumption the diff was only the engraved tips

Your m2 drones?
Do you have any midpipes or straight pipes?
I had the m2 exhaust with stock mid pipes and they were really quite... Granted the first two hundred miles or so, the exhaust set up did drone but it went away and quite down a lot

Anybody have a picture of the 1st gen F-sport exhaust? Sorry for the thread hijack, friend of mine says he has an exhaust system for the IS but I couldn't find any type of manufacturer marking anywhere.

Nope stock is350, you should hear the car with 4 people LOL. Especially on a road trip where you might go on a hill for a bit. Holy **** was it ever annoying.

The drone went away same day I went to uninstall though. Or lessened by half

just bought a f-sport exhaust the other day for 775 (the one with the fsport engraving) had it and just recently had it install sounds great

these 3 exhausts look exactly the same on the outside in terms of shape, size, material, etc.

1. lexus hks - no engraving, resonated passenger side muffler
2. fsport first gen - no engraving, straight through passenger side muffler
3. fsport sec gen - fsport engraving, straight through passenger side muffler

all have resonated driver side muffler

there are part numbers most likely on the pipe coming out of the mufflers
