Same tire size I run with the same wheel specs...what noise does it make and when? You might not have trimmed enough metal when relocating the bumper tab...

Can you post a pic of how low you are in the front? I never mentioned any noises.
What are you rubbing on? That's the fitment game you're playing and chewed up fenders don't look good at all. You'll probably need to leave it with at least a 2 finger gap. I cut up as much metal as I could to make clearance.

do you have any pics of your fender after all trimming before you put the wheel back on? or can you take one?

Some old pics, but I think you get the point...I am bagged, so that changes things. I also have the Megan front UCAs maxed out with negative camber, but I am running the same tire and wheels specs you are. After I relocated the front bumper tab, I can air the car all the way down to the UCAs and still roll without any rubbing...I just can't turn, lol.
The reason I asked about noises, is that most people ask about clearance because they are rubbing on something. If you are not rubbing, then you have clearance...soooooo

Same here lol. I am 19x9.5 +21 with 225/35.....but I don't have UCA's I didn't feel I needed them.
I went with the UCAs to add more negative camber to match the maxed out rears when I tuck and air out. It looked silly to me to have all that camber just in the back. If anything, the added negative camber in the front would reduce some clearance at the outer edge of the tire since it is pulled up...but again, I can lay the front out and still roll without any rubbing in the front.
