Default Cyl 5 & 6 running lean?

DIY'd my plugs today and noticed the plugs that were in cylinder #5 & #6 were white, also noticed some of them being oily.

Anyone else that changed their own plugs notice this or is there something else I should be checking for?

Post pics of the plugs please. How many miles from the last plug change? IS250 or 350? Oil on the electrode end only, or on the body/threads of the plug?

350, oil on the body only. More concerned about the 5/6 running lean though.

What do your fuel trims look like? Do you have access to a tech stream or other obd2 scanning tool?

I wish, but I currently do not.

Well, if you have oil on the body of the plug, then you have an oil seal gone bad. I assume that the seal is pressed into the valve cover. I'd get them all replaced if you're having problems with one leaking already.

About the "lean" condition, which of the below does the plug look like the most?
