Check VSC/Engine Light & AFS Problem
Hey guys, so about a month ago i got a salvaged IS250 2007. Didn't have much damage, just had to fix the front end of the vehicle. Took me about a week with all the parts found to make it but ever since the first issue i had was the Triangle telling me to check the vsc. Now no mistake, i've owned Lexus before, so i checked what ever other problem it could be (Including tightening the gas cap )
I already probably figured out why my AFS keeps flashing on and off, my wheels have a slight problem in alignment will get that done in a week and do the necessary. I've tried connecting the computer on the car, and checked the Error codes. It keeps saying passenger air bag where as the air bag is still intact, hasn't popped out. Tried clearing the codes, worked fine for about 2 miles before the screen got lit up again. Anything i'm doing wrong?
Apart from that, i'm annoyed by the Sticky dash problem, most probably will swap it out for the white interior later on at the end of the year.

Did u tighten the gas cap or replace it? I had to replace mine in order to get the light to go away. Then the next time it came on, it was the carbon build up issue.

I did, along with the whole fuel pipe since they cut it while exporting it so that an idiot doesn't start a fire. Not sure if i have the Carbon BuildUp Issue, mine's only hit 90k today and it runs smooth. I read in this other thread to red line it once in a while and i do that.
