Hello All,

Have any of us tried this TOM'S Electric Throttle Controller L.T.S on either IS2 & 3 yet? If so, how was the performance? I am kind of want to try it, but with the $510 price tag, it is a bit pricey and whether it actually do what it said it would. This is from This is from Nigel part. If anyone of us have used it, pls let us know.

Take your foot and mash the gas pedal cause that all it does for you. There better mods worth your money. No hp gain at all. Put your normal switch to power mode and that pretty much what it is.

Thank you for all of your reposes. At least, I know that one of us was doing it and it worked. I hate lagging in accel when you need it.

Yes, I have it on all the time, but there is a slice lagging sometime during an acceleration. I am torn bwtn a slice lag and a $510 price tag. I might not do it at the moment considering other mods could worth the money like invest in F-sport sway bar.

Really? Does anyone else do this? I love the power from PWR mode but the gas mileage on this mode must be pretty bad.

I got 25.5/g with PWR is on. I used to get 27.5 when wifey drive. Now, she did not want to drive it anymore. She like the GS instead. Not bad with 25.5/g with pwr.

I had the Blitz throttle controller and it did pickup in the throttle response. I could feel when it was on and off also like the other person mentioned. Did it make the car faster? No. Did it make the car quicker? Ehhh maybe cause it picked up sooner. I just wanted more mods cause I pretty had all I could do and to add something to the interior. I had it placed where the ashtray was.

Thank you for all with your feeds back. I don't expect this mod to be fasted. Just looking for a instance response on the throttle. I might do it in the future after other mods.

If you're deadest on doing this mod, I'd recommend another cheaper alternative that does the same thing.
