Default Second set of TPMS for winter tires

Will this ebay set work
http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-Toyota-Lexus-Scion-TPMS-Tire-Pressure-Monitoring-Sensor-PMV-107J-SET-OF-4-/191228696971?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3ALexus%7CModel%3AIS250&hash=item2c861e598b&vxp=mtr
And will tire places like Discount Tire be able to link them to our cars or is this only done at dealer. And even they might not do it due to non OEM

Also mentions that it does not come with valves, cores, sensor bands. Not sure what else is needed for install. Thanks

As long as it fits properly on the valve stem seat, they should work.

Discount should be able to program them to your car. As long as they have a TPMS program tool, which in 2014 and being a tire shop, they should have one.
