If they listed for 23k, asking 19k, you can offer 17k and walk away with a steal (which is exactly what I did with mine.)

At this point I'm taking my focus away from the one with the accident and looking at one at a Toyota dealership that is a 2009 with 57k w/ Nav, backup cam, etc. They offered me $4000 for my car whereas Lexus only would give $1500. I can maybe bring it down a little more since they just got it in but it has a clean carfax and was very well maintained by the previous owner. I just enjoy less hassle.

Well of course it happens that right after I buy a 2009 IS350 I look online to see a CPO has the price dropped from $29,911 to $24,991. A 2010 with only 34k miles.
