Update: the cup holder does not hold a Large McDonald's cup all the way. I guess I just have to stick to medium drinks and venti Starbucks coffee.. or take if out and use the stock one or use the armrest one when I order a large drink. LOL. Oh well.

How often do you move the shifter? I drove my car all day today with this thing and I made only a small adjustment to how I moved it out of Park to Reverse and to Drive then most of my commute I didn't touch the shifter. Are you Gate Shifting your car? Or is yours a stick?

Oh well, it ain't for everybody. Just throwin it out there as an affordable alternative for those looking to spend less than 200 bucks for the Tom's one...

Does the cup holder wobble in there? Is it snug in there?

I used those floor gripper pads from the 99 cent store pretty much all around the base and double it on the front and it is super snug. It will come out if you yank hard enough but it does not wobble whatsoever.

Shipping took a while but it was ok. Let me know what you think or if you have any modification ideas for it once you get it. I was thinking of trying the cupholder adapters from the auto shops that convert a small holder to a large bladder buster cup size but then the aesthetics go out the window.

I wonder how the Tom's one works? Maybe someone with the Tom's cupholder can chime in?
