Default dealer issues

I just want to see what you guys think about this. Last September I had a front cover engine leak and fixed at my Lexus dealer. During this fix they removed the AC unit. I haven't used the AC since then until last February when to my surprise the AC didn't want to kick in. I called the dealer and they had me bring it back in to see if there are any leaks. They spent 3 days checking and insisted that there were no leaks and that I only needed a recharge, even though they charged the system last september. I ended up paying for a recharge and my system was working again. Yesterday I go to turn on the AC and what do you know, the AC compressor won't kick in again. I am really frustrated that they insisted all it needed was a recharge and I had to pay for it when I am pretty sure they didn't put a seal back on correctly or something when they fixed the engine leak.
