IS350 2008: Installed the JoeZ PTS exhaust (w/o cats) over the weekend. Great build quality, amazing sound, great cost.

I do have a few of gripes, none that at this point are insurmountable or major

1) Drone: drone exists at lower RPMs (cruising), and when slightly on the excellerator (wifey seriously dislikes)
2) Rattles: multiple spots rattle on heat shields. This changes with car temps and road condition
3) Clunk: the exhaust drops down and hits the perpandicular brace on moderate bumps.
4) Driver side muffler: pops up and hits what appears to be a frame/body mount on large bumps or "bouncy" road consitions. The stock muffler had a dead weight on it, I imagine it was there to avoid this.
5) Bolts: did not come with new bolts for initial connection to the primary cats.

Solutions to try:
1) Drone - without modifying the actual exhaust, suspect there is only adding pillow packing in spots in the trunk, or dynomatting the trunk and back seat (in the trunk).
2) Rattles: have bent some out of the way, will need to do more. (it's not stones rattling around)
3) Cross brace clunk: going to add some washers between the body and the brace to lower the brace to allow more clearence
4) Driver side muffler: not sure what I can do here. Maybe add a rubber item to the mount so it's not metal hitting metal.
5) Bolts: simply re-used the existing ones which was likely the plan anyway.

If anyone has any other ideas for the drone (or any others), would love to hear them.
