DRL not working after disconnecting the battery.
Before I get thrashed/flamed I did search and posted on an ancient but similar topic in the ISF forum, but thought to post this here to see if anyone has solutions.

I installed LED DRLs with decoders today. They worked great but I think while I had the MAF sensor off, I turned the car on to make sure I had the polarities right (They were) and put everything back together. THe CEL and VSC lights were on when I went for a drive. I disconnected the neg terminal on the battery and waited 10 minutes then reconnected to reset the ECU. This got rid of the CEL and VSC. Problem now is the DRL's are turned off unless I hit the high beams (this is good because at least I know the bulbs and decoders are not the culprits).
My question: Does the DRL settings reset along with the ECU? How do I get it turned back on without going to the stealership?

So I went for a longer drive about 5 miles and they kicked on and have worked great. I would still consider getting a techstream though I didnt know they were that cheap
