Engine Mount Torque Specs
So I went to the dealer for my recall service and the Tech said I should replace my Engine mounts. They wanted almost $1K to change them. I was checking on Sewell and the mounts are only $250. So I thought I would save some cash and do them myself. My questions are - Has anyone done this before? What are the Torque specs for the bolts on all three mounts?

Before replacing the mounts, get a look in there yourself to see what's up...or get a second opinion. This would be the first time I've heard of motor mounts on a 2IS needing to be replaced, though I can see that over time, the rubber can deteriorate.
Perhaps you might like to look at these Megan alternatives to the OEM mounts : http://www.ebay.com/itm/MEGAN-2pc-Engine-Motor-Mount-IS250-GSE20-GSE25-IS350-GSE21-GSE26-GS350-GRS191-/330909991149?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3ALexus%7CModel%3AIS250&hash=item4d0bc5c0ed&vxp=mtr
As stated in the posting, they're made of stiffer rubber; the plus is that there's less flexing of the components, but the minus might be more vibrations transferred through the motor to the chassis. Not really sure though because I've not seen any one here use the Megan mounts yet.
Not sure of the torque figures, sorry.

Thanks for the info Gville350. I tried to look them over from the top of the engine but didn't see anything. Guess I will have to check them out from below.
