first of all, no I believe that will not work, heres why, the ML amp actually crosses over the frequencies internally for the speakers, so it looks like you are trying to take signal from the front speaker and one of the rears. cant tell by the picture. but you will not get the full frequency response for a full range signal like that.
keep it simple, go to the subwoofer that's mounted to your rear dash and pull the signal from there, just run the wires down to the level converter and then your done. the wires I believe are green and brown, its should be on the white plug, last two pins. if you don't have a volt meter to check continuity then just got to the sub and tap it at the plug in subwoofer. good luck.
also you don't need to use that level converter either, that's a four channel level converter. get the scoche two channel converter comes with turn on remote sensor.
this one is good cause you can feed power and ground, then it uses current sensing to feed 12v to your remote turn on on amp, it even comes with a bass **** incase your amp doesn't.
