Default Pinout for Sewell stripped headlights.

I'm looking to install the new LED headlights but i'm trying to figure out which wires i need to install the relay on.

This thread talks about tapping certain colors to the certain terminals on the relay and have a wire coming from ignition to another terminal of the relay. The part that really confuses me is the part where it says that you need to run a wire from the parking lamps to terminal 85 on the relay. Does this come from the headlight's harness? I want to have one relay for each light all wired up so that when i install it i just need to plug the harnesses in.

This thread has a picture of what someone else's harness looks like but its different from mine.
