Default Tires and Rims

My 250 has a roar sound on the right side. They said the wheels are chopped on the inside passenger side tires, due to no rotation. It currently has directional tires, and off set tires. I don't race and corner aggressively. I just need tires that I can rotate and that will last. Are my stock rims the same size? Can I put the same tires all the way around?

18 inch rims are wider in the back and cannot be rotated. You could put same size tires, but due to rim width, should not put rears on front. You could buy 2 more fronts and use them on the back, or go to the standard 17 inch size with the size tires, The 17's are the same width front and rear.

^as he mentioned, OEM 18" wheels are staggered and have different offsets therefore you should not rotate them.

OEM 17" wheels are square (same specs all around) and can be rotated. You can purchase them or you can purchase an aftermarket setup that is the same size and offset all around so you can rotate them.

so uneven wear on the inside? Might want to get an alignment to fix it. You wont be able to rotate a staggered setup.

Where are you in TX? I upgraded my tires and looking to sell my Bridgestone Turanza ER33 tires that came on my 2014. Used for 3k miles still has 9/32" tread let. Same front size but they are 255/35/18 in the rear instead of 255/40. So the rears will be a little thinner.

Thanks for the input all. I'm in Dallas. I'll be looking for used rimes to swap out to that are square.

would also recommend getting all season tires if you want extra treadlife. If you combine this with a square rotatable setup they should last a lot longer.
