Default Trying to buy rims for IS250

Hey Guys,

I own a Black IS250, windows are tinted, and i'm thinking of getting some black rims.

I am pretty much leaning towards these Enkei ones ( i know some people think they suck but i'm not racing this car)

Can you guys let me know what you think and/or any comments would be so helpful!

Thanks Guys,

I'm new on this forum and live in Canada.

i wouldn't consider those an upgrade over stock wheels

stock wheels are 17 x 8 square awd or 18 x 8/8.5 stagger rwd

these are only 7.5...will look horrible, especially from the rear, and is still as sunken as stock

need wider and better offsets

look into rpf1, 18x9 +35 square setup for awd is perfect

Enkei is one of the top brands that makes wheels for race cars. In fact, Enkei PF-01 lightweight wheels have been very popular in many autocross and track events because they are strong and lightweight. I think many members here run them on the track too lol.

Whoever bash Enkei are the ones who probably never been to any autocross nor racing. They don't know what they are talking about.

I personally like the Enkei Raijin.

If you are going for the murdered look and want to keep the comfort of your ride (from my understanding, roads in Alberta are no bueno), then 17's will be good, but as Reyoasian said you might want to at least match the stock width for aesthetics. Enkei also makes a lot of OEM wheels, such as the FX50 21's, G37 wheels, etc...

Enkei's are fine. I have a set of enkei's (raijin) and they are GREAT. Super lightweight, finish is perfect. Coincidentally they are for sale on the classifieds since I'm going back to 17's for the comfort.

Hey Guys,

Thanks for all your feedback and advice. It was originally my mistake for not noticing the width size of the wheels on my first choice. Alot of people said they personally like the TSW nurburging look or the Linea Corse look (However i'm just not a fan of the mesh look even though I know it's the new style)

I ended up buying the 18" Enkei Lusso's with 225/40/18 and 255/40/18 on 8 and 9 inch wide wheels. I found a couple photos online of what it will look like after I receive it as shown below. I will post my own pics after i get it as well! Hope everyone has a great day!
