Default Damaged Front Spoiler. Need to replace. Help!

I damaged my front driver side spoiler as I hit curb going less than 5mph in my 2008 IS350. The front spoiler is badly scratched and was ripped out of alignment with the bumper. I took it to a body shop where they tried to get it to align up again with the bumper but that did not work , it is still out of alignment . The front driver side spoiler needs to be replaced. The body shop quoted me a price of $300 to replace the front spoiler with a new one including labor and he said they could do a rough spot paint over the scratches to at least blend them in with the color of the car.

What is my best option for replacing the front driver side spoiler ? Should I go with the body shop who quoted me $300 to replace the spoiler with a rough spot paint job? Or should I purchase a front lip, I know it looks a little different but that is okay with me, and install that instead of replacing the driver side front spoiler ?

Please help me make the best and most economical decision in replacing the front spoiler , any advise is much appreciated

Take a picture? If it's the stock one I think your best bet would be to just upgrade it with a new front lip(non-oem).

Thanks. Would this be possible to install by myself ? Including removing the damaged one. It doesn't look too complicated but at the same time I'm not certain enough to know just how complicated

It is the stock front spoiler that was damaged. Is a lip installed directly over the spoilers or are those removed in order for the lip to be installed ? I'm considering a lip, but also need to account for the fact that I may to have it painted I'm guessing it's hard to find lips that match really well

If you get a new front lip like these, it will replace the current damaged lower lip AND cover up the damage to the bumper :
