It will work you just need to do the custom settings. I think you can make any phone work as long as you do that process.

This is going to be my one pet peeve about Vaistech. While this is a great product they could have done a few things better.

1. Add more phones
2. A better ivic port application that will turn the screen off while sending the video signal to the unit. It would be better for everyone's battery if that was worked out.

By the way no one should suggest the app screen standby because it is a piece of crap and doesn't work properly.

I know this is an old thread but I saw that the iVIC has bluetooth, can anyone confirm?

Yes, iVIC has bluetooth. Connected to your phone this enables the touch function of your nav screen. However, you need to connect the phone via MHL to HDMI cable adapter to display the apps or mirror the phone screen. HDMI connection to the navigation screen is identical to a TV screen connection from technical perspective.

Thanks, but I guess you cannot use bluetooth like it works on the newer models meaning nothing plugged in and everything shows up on the screen like album art, etc and the use of the steering wheel controls.

What does spotify look like on it if your not in "app mode"?
