I believe that is the oil filter housing. its not supposed to be leaking but it could be residue from frequent oil changes. I would use some degreaser and clean it and monitor it over time to see if its leaking badly
That is the oil filter housing, that said on RWD models it is an integral part of the upper oil pan, so not replaceable separately. Part number is 12101-31101.
In the fist pict, it looks to me to be leaking from the seam where the housing meets the Housing Cap. It could be the O Ring was improperly installed when the filter was last replaced.
The first one doesn't look like it's leaking at all to me, just some residue probably from when the oil was changed. That said, I don't think that's a picture of his, just a picture that he found to show what he was looking for.
