Man, that's really low miles for a 09. My guess would be 25-28k.

Question what's a good sales price?

There are no cars like this "out there" for sale. Does this make it a "special" find? Are the Kelly Blue book and Lexus pre-owned certified sell prices good as "comparables? I've got all the Lexus service records from day one and no one else has touched the car. Is $27,500 a fair deal?

25 is a good starting point. Why such little miles on a is350? That is an average of 3k a year which is really low and ive had experiences where cars that arent driven much tend to have more problems than cars that are driven regularly

^ on old'er' cars, yes. Not on something that is 5 years old!

OP, I'd wager in the mid 20s range... As Lexus-dudes we know what X-pkg is, the average consumer doesn't care, or wouldn't even notice until you point out the 'extras' on your model... Keep that in mind, it's not a matter of 'whats out there', but what people are willing to pay, and many will not pay a premium for the X-pkg because you did when you bought it new...

if you like 27.5k, then just start from there and lower the price till you get adequate inquires.

what are you guys basing this sell price on if someone asks me? I don't see any well kept 2009 IS350 x package with 15K anywhere in the country as a comparable. comparables when none exist?

the low mileage is just due to low usage and the availability of another car/driver.

you guys are the best!

Depends on your options ($27-$28K) but $27,500 is a fair amount for Mint condition car..
