08stagger

I'm finally getting chromium black XXR 530's for my 08 IS250 awd. Deciding either 19x8.75 +35 with 235/35/19 all around or 18x8.75 +33 with 225/40/18 all around. I'm having a hard time choosing between these two. Live in Mn with pretty bad roads. I want to get it pretty low just enough for the tires to be tucked right under the fenders. Not looking for too low or too high from tires. I'm willing to roll my fenders too. I'm thinking 19's might be too big in order for the tires to be tucked in and for sure the 18's shouldn't have a problem with tucking in the tires. Car hase megan ez streets and front and back vertex style lips.

I need some suggestions would be great.
