Don't think it's possible to use OEM HID. I believe the bulbs are H1s

Ran into a problem... when you are using auto... DRL will be on during day time driving.. the LED strip turn off!!! I need to find a way to solve this problem

agree with other comments if you could paint that ring black i dont think it would stand out as much but not bad at all for that price point.

It actually looks pretty good from the front but damn that bulged out part is worst than I expected.

so the led strip is off while driving? i'm sure there's a way to wire the led's to the drl's or something like that. and thanks for biting the bullet!
