Default new IS owner!

Been lurking the forums for a bit and thought id finally do my intro post. I picked up a 2011 350 fsport (exhaust and suspension) in SGM and 17900 miles. So far the cars been a blast to drive and so much more comfortable than my 2005 wrx. Anyway looking forward to chatting with everyone. On to the pics.

Thanks for the kind words! Miss the turbo a ton but grew out of the lack of comfort and the wrong kind of attention it got me (lot of kids trying to race me, police, etc...). I managed to get 15k for her, with 87k miles, and found this precertified IS for 31k. It was a day before it was auctioned to another Lexus dealer so I definately lucked out.

Maybe wheels and coils next but content as is.

I have the nav option but I noticed after syncing with my phone sometimes the name of the contact doesnt display, only the number. Anyone experience this before? Thanks in advace

So far I like my IS350 more than my 2005 WRX STi and BMW 335i. Both of those were turbo...

Not everyone buys a car in an attempt to extract maximum horsepower out of it.

On a side note, I think stock for stock my IS350 will pull my STi from a roll no sweat.

Welcome! Those F Sport wheels are my favorite OEM wheels.

I sold my semi built Legacy for my IS250. I haven't looked back since. We have had 7 Subarus and still have our '08 STI with a fully built engine and rotated 30r setup. I love my Lexus over all of them. The comfort and reliablility is way better and while I miss the power of my Legacy I never tracked it so it was pointless.
