What is the recommended millage for Transmision Oil and Sparks to be replaced on a 07 Lexus IS250 RWD? How many quarts and type of tranmision oil is recommended and also what type and how many sparks I need to purchase?

Usually transmission isn't change and not something you can do your self. As for plugs every 60k or so if your lazy.

You will have a sealed transmission on that unit (no dipstick to check fluid level). They won't recommend you do that till 100k miles. If you drive it aggressively I'd tell the dealer to do a drain and refill early though. I'd do what laobo979 said and do plugs every 50-60k miles.

Do you have a manual or auto trans? Replace the plugs with the factory recommended Denso plug. Might I suggest ebay or Sewell.
