Is both the radiator and overflow tank filled with coolant (Toyota Pink, Zerex Asian are preferred) to the top? Is the radiator fan turning on at all once it reaches the half way mark on the temp gauge?

Maybe because of water pump leaking.

I check both of the fluids last Friday's both tanks are full to the top, as well the themperature gauge gets half way when starts to get hot , but that only takes a few LA lights in order to let that happend :/
Like I say I'm starting to think is the fan relay , I'll check that out today , I hope is not the water pump again

Check the radiator cap. Quite a few member have said theirs have fallen apart over time; this could lead to an overheating condition.

Third one? Are you replacing with OEM or aftermarket?
