The north american radio frequencies YES but you can find alot of members on here to find the files to update. and iGo8 comes with all the maps. I think it comes with other countries too but i would have to double check. when I first started the nav for the first time, the GPS said it was in the middle of hong kong before it recognized i was in NY

I'm trying to order from thonzer, but they are claiming they can't send an invoice through PayPal and can only request funds through PayPal. They have sent an invoice to my email. Is this good enough or should I get the invoice through paypal?

that is an invoice and you have to send the money through Paypal as though your buying something from someone in particular. This is what i meant by the ordering it is a bit sketchy but it is real and they are not gonna scam you. I would pay the 3% and send it as payment for goods instead of a gift so paypal protects you from any claims IF ANY. I haven't had any issues with thonzer. If I email them now about my Item, they are usually good about responding immediately.

I just received and installed this.. Working with Thonzer/Alibaba was definetly an interesting transaction, but the deck was delivered succesfully. The install was fairly straightforward. Big thanks to NYKnick101 for all his help in answering questions
