20-30k is the interval for brake fluid change but the manual suggests 30k.

I asked the same question for a 30k miles service at Freeman Lexus for IS250, 09, and they quoted me $670 include parts and labor. I will ask another advisor again to be sure when I pick the car tomorrow for a 30k miles service with and without parts include.

^^^^^ Thats what i was going to recommend. Go to a toyota dealership and change your filters yourself.

Lol that is crazy. If you buy the OEM filter, AC filter and change it yourself. You only spent about $60. For oil change, buy 7 quarts of Mobile 1 fully synthetic anywhere and the oil filter and gasket from Sewell all total up about $60. Bring the oil to an independent shop, they likely charge you $20 at least in my case together with a brake flush, you will pay about $80.

Total cost = 60 + 60 + 20 + 80 = $220. This is already an over-estimation. Go to drivers.lexus.com and update your maintenance history. That is it.

i might call tustin lexus and see what their pricing is, but idk why they would have to replace a k&n filter which i recently put in and it works great. unless i need to put the sticker on that says "stop, do not discard, this is a lifetime air filter"

At 30k miles, mine was $225 at Longo for a basic oil/filter change (not a service) and the brake flush. I had them skip all other items since they were already clean, recently done, or already included with the standard oil change.
Remember, with any basic oil change, they are already going to be doing inspections. Don't pay twice for inspections.

Nooooooo, don't do it at Pepboys lol. I heard horror stories about them not tightening the bolts correctly, changing wrong oil and what not. May be other can chime in.
