Is there anything I can do to stream music via bluetooth?
I have a 2007 IS250 with navigation and bluetooth, but I cannot stream music via bluetooth, just my phone calls. Its annoying hooking up my phone with an AUX cable and juggling it.
Is there anything I can do to make streaming audio work?

You can buy an aux to bluetooth adapter.
Something like this:

Yea, I was thinking to get the GROM unit into my 09 IS w/ Navi.(No A2DP capability)
Kumquatism, Does this unit replace the factory microphone? If so, where did you mount your mic? Does the bluetooth auto connects when you start the ignition?

It comes with its own mic. I ran the mic to my the top of my steering wheel column in front of the dash cluster. It auto-connects to my phone. I did my research on how the unit works by asking my friend who works at GROM lol.
See this thread for install info:

I have bluetooth capability on my IS right now, does this unit conflict with the OEM bluetooth?
The final result I'm trying to achieve is to add A2DP capability (since i have the 09, bluetooth A2DP doesnt come standard til 10+ models)

No, considering there is no feasible way for a phone to be connected to multiple Bluetooth devices at once, you cant use the built-in bluetooth as well as the GROM unit (or any other bluetooth adapters, actually) at the same time. The GROM will replace all OEM bluetooth function (or in my case, I don't have any OEM bluetooth), as you're not connecting to the OEM unit anymore. You can choose to connect to it if you want, I'm sure, but then you won't be using the BT adapter unit.

I will do more research before I decide to go ahead and buy the unit.
How is the bluetooth/sound quality rated from 1 to 10???
