Should I get this Lexus Warranty?
Guys I bought my Mom a loaded 2007 Lexus IS350 with 40k miles.
I have a chance to buy a 1 year 12k mile warranty from the Lexus dealership for $400.
Please tell me based on the year, mileage and your experience with your 350 if this will be a good idea to buy and use in the next year.
What has broken on your IS350 or commonly breaks?
I found out the 7 yr 70k mile powertrain warranty is expired. They are offering the Gold Coverage for $400.
Thank you!

Chances of something major breaking is small with that many miles if it was maintained the not abused. One year warranty does not seem worth it with that mileage. I only have 34k miles so I can not really speak from experience of the reliability of the car.

This is a Warranty Im buying direct from the Lexus dealership so I would trust it.
The question is will I need to replace 400 of stuff in the next year? or is there something that fails later that I can try to have replaced now that costs more than 400?

I wouldn't do it. If you are going to do it, read the warranty word-for-word before plunking down your money (not just that cheat sheet you posted). I'm sure there's a deductible, exclusions, normal wear and tear, etc. that will make it much more costly.
