I'm going to wrap my interior trim pieces because I don't like the wood grain look. I have gray leather seats. Here is a picture of my interior. I'm leaning towards the gloss black carbon fiber but I've looked at the gray carbon fiber and it looks good as well.

Just stick with the regular gloss black carbon fiber wrap instead of gray so that way it'll add some contrast. Plus the other colored ones run the risk of looking tacky/cheap.

I agree, black carbon looks best.
