Default Not happy with F sport drop

So last night my buddy and I installed brand new f sport springs on my 06 is350 with the sport package. I can't hardly tell the different other than the front look slight lower than sport spring that came on factory. I've seen other is with f sport spring and it looks lower than my car. Will the spring settle more over time giving me more of a drop?

Stock sport springs and F sport springs (Driver side)

Passenger Side

I don't think the F sport springs do much of a drop. In my opinion it's so the car stays within alignment specs (barely) especially in the front.

wished you would have asked before you got them. Countless people have been disappointed with the F Sport drop. There's pics and threads on here about them.

What I don't get is the car I seen on here with f sport springs looks lower than my car. Also I have the improved design f sport springs the one with part number ending 90 not 80. I would post some pics but it's snowing out

I wish I would have gone with H&R but it's to late for that now. When the stock struts give I will be going with coilover.

Fsport spring are 32mm front and 22mm rear drop. Don't expect it to look a huge change from what you had. It might settle but even then it ain't that much.

Because they are basically stock height springs. F Sports don't look visually any lower to me. Maybe 1/8 of an inch.

you just installed it. It's not going to look that much drastic if you want an aggressive look. You'll need to at least have the springs settle, you'll see it looking like the other drops. I have f sport springs and on 19s and they sit just right. You want a daily driver, stick with the f sports and pair it with a sway bar. H&R gives it a little more drop, coil overs are your next bet, but then driving might be a bit rough if this is a daily driver.

Yes this is my DD so i may or may not go with coilovers next. Im interested in the sway bar now. Did you get the f sport sway bars? I'm on 19" F sport wheels and was just hoping The springs would have gotten rid of the wheel well gaps.

I don't have the F Sport sways, i'm looking into getting the rear f sport sway bar only soon. Doing the research, the rear would be the only beneficial for me right now. As far as 19's, I have an offset of +35 and +40 and the wheel gap isn't that bad, it's a gap but practical. As far as making a flush look, you'd probably look at H&R springs, i've seen them on 19 g spiders and they look flush, with the right tire fitting of course.

I would recommend H&R Sport Springs as well. They have a noticeable drop that gets rid of a good amount of wheel gap.

I went with H&R however it will throw your camber out of spec..will need ball joint camber kit for the front..unless you like buying tires every 20K miles. Your rear will be off too..but very close..I chose not to do the rear camber kit and don't get excessive tire wear on the rears

That's y ur supposed to do an alignment after u install springs. I did that right after I installed the springs and haven't had any excessive tire wear
