Using a water pressure on high setting will make the cement in that area look too new and would need to do the entire driveway to even it out.

Haha @ the replies. Tape off a square surface and spray the area?

"Often, the reason Plasti Dip is difficult to remove is because it’s simply too thin, strange as that may seem. A too-thin layer of Plasti Dip will rip into many small pieces as it peels off, which can make removal a real pain in the tush. Though it seems highly counterintuitive, a good way to make removing Plasti Dip easier is to add another coat—Plasti Dip adheres to itself better than anything else, and the added strength of another layer will allow you to get the nice all-in-one-piece peel-off you’re looking for."

yeah I'll get some pictures later today but here's one for now, my friend took this while we were in the process but the one wheel you see on my car, that one was already almost done.

I don't have a pressure washer but I might go with WD-40 or mineral spirits (sort of don't want to spend $100+ on something I'm only going to use once lol).

I would do this but I'm just afraid that for the parts that already had water flown over them, it would be impossible to get rid of it. In person, it just seems like it's a part of the cement already.

I went to home depot and they recommended me to use klean strip thinner over mineral spirit. Tried that, waited about 5 minutes, used a brush, now it looks worse than before. I just see white scratches all over the sections now. Any other recommendations?

UPDATE: I went back to home depot, another guy recommended me to use some kind of scrubbing pad believe it or not (the thing you use the wash dishes with). Took it home, it actually worked better than the chemical believe it or not. I just sprayed some water over it, it took a bit of time and strength but it was actually coming off. I'll post another update tomorrow, only got about two sections done tonight.

Yeah Moog has some pretty crazy ideas...his definition of VTEC which is now on wikipedia (idk if it's still there). Thanks for the link but I believe it only talks about when you have already applied the plastidip onto a car or any other surface other than cement driveways but I already found a solution, just it'll take a few hours.
