Default IS-F Wheels direct fit?

I am looking to upgrade to 19's for my 2008 IS350 and since I track the car I am looking to get a good set of quality lightweight forged wheels. I was looking at sets of 2012-14 IS-F OEM wheels (9.5" rear wheel) as they seem to be much cheaper new aftermarket forged wheels which seem to start at $3K+. I have seen sets of ISF wheels in great condition advertised for less than $1500.

I am assuming these will fit perfectly on my IS350 but just wanted to double check before I go that way. Also what size rear tire can I fit on those with a 1.5-2" drop without any rubbing issues (Running -1.75 deg camber in rear). Hoping to go a bit larger than 255 to get a bit more traction at the track. Here are the OEM wheel stats

F 19X8.5 (+45 offset)
R 19X9.5 (+55 offset)

They should fit no problem?

Do a search. There has been postings on this forum that there are no issues on an IS250, but on an IS350, the front brake calipers may hit the wheel spokes unless spacers (which I don't recommend) are used. I would recommend a trial fitment of the front wheels before any purchase.

Thanks Lou. Mind blanked about the search button. Looks like you are correct. No go without spaces. No chance of me putting on spacers with how much track time this this gets.

^^ Yep. It's sad. I bought ISF wheels for my 350 and learned the hard way. Who would have thought? Thankfully I ended up getting the wheels eventually anyways.

yeah the isf wheels wont clear is350 front calipers without a spacer(because the brembo on the isf is slightly more narrow than the is350 4 piston). at max you will probably just need a 5mm, but make sure you get a 5mm that comes with extended studs because a 5mm slip on and stock toyota studs, you wont have any turns to torque the wheel on

good luck

Even with a 5mm spacer you will touch the caliper ever so slightly, but its a minor fix with small file. I've thought a bought milling the front calipers down .250 but not sure if that would be safe. As other posters have said, be sure and get the spacers with longer studs. I'm running th HR's and have not had a single problem. Be advised you will rub the inner fender liners on bumps if your lowered. Even after the heat gun trick I still rub on severe bumps.
