Hi all

first time poster but long time watcher.

Firstly i appologise my car is not a lexus (its actually a vintage car) but i had some queries regarding lexus colours and i figured the best place to ask would be the gurus so i get it right.

Ill be painting my car lexus 3r1 cause ive always LOVED the colour ..i want to put silver GT stripes but im not sure which silver complements or matches the texture of the 3r1. according to this pic i found online the 3r4 looks similar .. however i noticed theres complementing colours under the main colour in the pic if you look carefully. i can see a goldy or off white/silver looking colour under the 3R1 .. saying that i noticed the 3R1 DOES have gold sparkle in the flake so now im wondering will a silver look mismatched or should i be going whatever that colour is under the 3R1 in the pic.. does anyone know what colour that is? .. under the 3R4 colour looks like a dark red which i wonder if its 3R1 which if it is i should be ok.

im really looking for something like the 3R4 in the pic .. that "in your face" bright silver..but want to make sure it matches the 3R1 in texture/flake etc.




any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
