Noob Question on Oil Filter for Lexus IS-250 RWD
I know that this topic has been discussed over and over again. I saw OEM Toyota 04152-YZZA1 on sale the other day and bought half a dozen without realizing that it may not fit my car. The seller indicated that it will fit the Is 250 rwd. I have a 2012 and realized that there has been some changes made from 2011 and on. So I was wondering if someone can help me out.
Can I still use 04152-YZZA1 and 0W-20 synthetic engine oil for my car or do I have to use 04152-YZZA5. The only difference is in the height:
Specs of YZZA1:
Product Height 2.64"
Product I.D. 1.1"
Product O.D. 2.76"
Specs of YZZA5 (same as YZZA2 and YZZA3):
Product Height 3.23"
Product I.D. 1.1"
Product O.D. 2.76"
Your insights are appreciated!

Jeff do you know if I really need 0W-20 for engine oil ? Why can't I just use 5W-30?
