Like everyone stated, making sure insurance okay, that your state DMV is good to go switching it over. As long as no major problems such as Flood damage, as stated above. $3500 would be reasonable. If anything walk away from the deal give it some time and then prompt the lady with a new offer, $3200 and Ill take it off your hands. I would be patient with that deal and wait for the lady to notice the vehicle is not selling fast. Then hit her with the old Ill take it offer your hands for 3200. If she says No, in her eyes she would see the money more useful these days than that particular vehicle. She will have to budge a bit to go ahead and seal the deal.
