The ad says 06-08 but the is pictured is a newer model with the newer headlights and bumper, maybe 2011-2012.
Did ask the seller if they were positive that it would fit your model year IS?
From the picture, I don't think it would. But I stand corrected. Hopefully a few other members will chime in.

There's an option in eBay where you can enter you're vehicle details so whenever you pull up a part it automatically tells you whether it's compatible but I would ask the seller just to be sure. Who knows if this doesn't fit they may have another that does fit.
