its only an approximate range. of course it will vary by your driving style/ habits.

Does having a different wheel size will effect in the total range approx?
i hve this rim http://www.wheelstiresandmore.com/Le...FepQOgodqiUAlg
and Takeda intake .
The dealer called me today, They said they checked everything nothing wrong with me call. But he wanted me to come in to talk about something else. I don't know what is it.
Either i drive fast or slow or on highway less than 1 mile. Range approx goes down 2 miles.so i will wait until this summer to see. After all the loaner car 2011 RX 350 has a better gas mileage than my 2010 is250 -_-". i drove home 28 miles home. the RX 350 2011 started at 32 and by the way i got home is like 21 .. WTF.. How? i was driving local and a bit highway..

I would say steer away from checking the dash MPG since its not always accurate. It changes depending on ECU computations so its not always accurate in stop and go traffic conditions. Try to calculate on your own and watch how much more accurate it is and then all your worries would go away

BTW that is the cheapest ive ever seen F sport wheels. I may have to buy from here

I found the problem and why my car eats so much gas. The lexus dealer can't figure out the problem.. This is why i don't trust most of the technology now day.. -_-"
1/ car i bought used from a none lexus dealer. The car supposed to have a after market exhaust but they changed it back to not even sure if it is for is250 awd 2010 exhaust. <--- this is the problem

How do i know it is the problem? Because after trying to figure out how the how i am not driving less than 1 mile the range appox drop 2 somtime 3 miles . On the highway, if i drive like a grandpa which is 30-40 miles. the range appox will drop 1 mile for every 2 miles. When i try to change land which i have to speed up. the range appox will drop 1-2 miles right there or driving above 60-80 mph.
I did seafoam the car. Didn't help much. So this saturday, i was bored and weather is getting better. Since i got a good deal on HKS hi power exhuast so i took the car to Moros to have them replace it with the unknow exhuast out. The mpg changed from 16 mpg to 19mpg . I have done that 3 months ago. The reason i don't because of the snow and corrosin and i don't want to dange my exhaust.. Now i can see the range appox changed significantly and very happy with the result.
HKS hi power exhaust got it almost brand new for $500 bucks. install cost $100. . The sounds is not super loud like musle car of ferrari XD. but it does rumbling sounds on the inside. I like it. I might have the resenator take out but maybe not, because i don't want to fail the state inspection.

Well After all, thank you for all your help... I will take picture of my car and post it on near this summer.

Are you guys comparing AWD vs RWD gas usage though? There should be quite a differences between the two... Let's compare apples to apples at least. Also driving style and your location matter (sea level elevation).

my lexus is250 has a pretty good gas mile on highway. i took a lot of notices. city is not so great.
i drove from my house to another state total 68 miles. so i set the range approx which i only have 72 miles left. so wrote to the destination the range appox showed that i had 15 miles left.
for city not so good. today i look at the average tank . guess what 14 mpg.. WTF.. Because of the cold it was only 25 degree... I should have drive more long distance often. and the whole time i was driving 60-80 mph on the highway. and i refill my car the range approx for the firs time got up to 304 miles. I believe the cold weather might cause the effect in mpg.. So i will wait until the weather get warmer to see what is going on. I spent $200 dollars on gas every month.. XD.

Ok I finally found the solution to get a better gas mileages for is250 awd.
As before, i was posting that my car was getting 16-17 mpg either city or highway driving. I thought because of the weather, because of the after market wheels or the intake i installed nor the exhaust. Still after it went back to 17 mpg either local or highway driving.
After that i got some suggestion from people on the fourm to change my driving style. So it got a little bit better at 18-19 mpg. But still wasn't happy with it. And i did some research and found out that different fuel brand can effect my car performance . So i was filling my car by HESS brand 93 grade selection... Bad bad idea but sure the HESS has the lowest price compare with other big Fuel companies. I learned that SHELL is the way to go. V power will protect my engine and fuel injector down the road.. So i have been filling Shell V power 93 grade since 2 or 3 weeks ago. Drove some long distance highway below 2 rpm meter. my car gets arond 24.8 mpg right now. i was pretty impressed. and the weather average is 20-30 degrees.. I am wonder if it can get up to 28- 30 mpg this summer.. so normally i only get 280 mile range appox for a full fill up by HESS gas 93 grade . Now i get 320 - 340 miles range appox by switching to SHELL V power 93 gas grade. Yes it does cost 20 cents more but it worth it.. Very happy right now. So will Do some aggressive driving to see if i will loose some mpg . So i will get back with you guys on that.

I get over 340 miles per tank in my IS350
I used to get about 28-30 sometimes 33 mpg in my IS250 RWD.
Intake does affect your mpg. More air means more fuel.
People tend to hit the gas pedal to hear that intake sound. lol. I do that a lot. haha.
Try to keep the RPM under 2200 and see the magic.
