I have an 06 driver side AFS/HID headlight for sale but somebody was asking if they'd fit a 2010 and if they were just plug and play. Did some more research on Ebay and they also have them listed separately too. Anyone know the differences between the headlight design for those years?

They are 100% identical. I know this because I put 2009 headlights on a 2008 without a problem.

And what about the LED strip ?

06 AFS headlights doesn't have LED on it...

The only different between 06-08 and 09-10 is the projectors lens are different, the 06-08 has dimple projectors lens and 09-10 has semi-clear lens, i had 07 and 10 AFS headlights and did confirm that

If you buy from Sewell Lexus then yes but if you buy OEM then no, there's rewiring needed which Sewell Lexus already done for you.
