My IS350 thinks it's RHD
Had to replace the navi screen and the PCB that sits behind it. Sourced parts from China but they looked identical to what I pulled out. Everything works great now, except that all my buttons are backward.
Climate thinks it's Map, passenger temp thinks it's driver temp, audio thinks it's destination, etc. It's hard to mess up the wiring as most of the connectors are ribbon cables. There was one 4 wire connector (red, green, and 2 blacks) between the PCB behind the screen and rest of the unit that I managed to pull the wires out of the back of the connector. Found some pictures and think I got it hooked back up correctly.
Any chance this is the cause or do you think this PCB is coded for RHD? Any other suggestions?

^Well, if that's the case, I'd like to know what part on that board was failing so I'd know what to look for. It might be similar to my current NAV issue.

My issue started off as touchscreen. I attempted the repair and managed to cut through the ribbon connector - YEAH ME! Found a new display for $130 shipped. Started putting things back together but ended up destroying that PCB (printed control board) and had to order that ($50 shipped).
If you're having trouble getting your screen to come on, there could be an issue with the video/power connector running into that PCB. See attachment.

Trying to force close the connector of the ribbon cable. Snapped it right off the PCB and it pulled out the pads. Not repairable.
Just wish I knew for sure if it is the PCB. if not, it's either the wires I posted above or the wire connector behind the buttons. I've found lots of wiring schematics for connectors, but none that go into the depths of the display unit.

Anybody know what ribbon or connector controls button presses? I got into the service menu and tested the buttons - definitely flipped.
There are 3 connectors that I can see. One is about 8 wires and connects to from the back of the hard buttons into the core of the unit. Two is a 4 wire connector that runs from the core unit into the PCB on the back of the display (see pic above). The third is a wide-ish ribbon cable from the core into the PCB.
