Here is the PU, sanded and then just put primer. Going to sand it now and make sure it's smooth and flat across...

the gap isnt really a big deal to me, but yah i could have applied more 3m tape and maybe it would hold down, i just didnt bother since im going to mold it.

The fitment is good. Not perfect though I wouldn't expect that with a replica anyway.
