Default New Member - Ideas and Inputs to make my car look better

Hey, guys I had my White IS250 for about 6 months now, I want to start doing some mods to it. So far I want to start out with HID's for my headlights and get a trunk spoiler on there aswell. If any of you guys know anything that would be cheap and makes your car look better, If you could please put down your ideas or what you have done. I LOVE to get started with projects,

Also if anyone has put a spoiler on by themselves can you tell me how you did it and how much it cost for your spoiler.

spoiler can be put on easily with 3m tape price ranging from 90-150$

a trunk spoiler and and a roof spoiler(rear window) are simple mods you can do, especially on your car color it will look really nice

coilovers!! those are a must.. try finding a used set on clublexus for cheap, they're more than worth it

otherwise, upgrade the grill, vinyl wrap the grille surround, vinyl wrap the roof, ummm body kit would be nice too

Drop it, Body Kit (Lexus GFX kit pictured), and Wheels are a good start.

So jelly of the dash LED upgrade...I can't get enough people in Atlanta commited to get Tim out here, and now I am even thinking of taking a road trip just to get this mod done, LOL

OP...there are lots of little mods to get you started: HID kits for low beams or fogs, LEDs for parking lights and reverse lights, interior LEDs for dome/map/puddle/trunk/etc lights, redouts for tails, wrap the interior (easy DIY), sport pedals, eBay "Fsport" grill, plastidip emblems, tint, GFX front lip...all of those should be under $200 each and get you started.

But I agree with most here, drop on coils will make a more dramatic change in the look of the car than any of those other mods...

Well for something cheap definitely led interior lights. U can paint the bottom of ur rear bumper. To look like it has a valence. Hids for lights & fogs in yellow. Some ppl here like the roof spoiler and thats cheap on ebay. A front lip painted would be affordable... List goes on.
