This is AWESOME. I'm pretty sure my ML woofer is shot and I'm definitely down to try this out. Not sure I fully understand the requirement to insulate window.. how is this accomplished?

Im thinking about getting that speaker myself and doing it, the only thing I need guidance on is the part where I have to insulate the glass im confused there can anybody tell me what I need to do and ill make a DIY and order that speaker

heres what i know from his explanation.
you just need to add this

someone do it!

thats it and you need to drill holes to make the speaker fit because the holes dont match

I've got the sub and the foam, but no tools.

Anyone in the socal area with the tools and time, willing to help install and test on my IS?

What about that glass insulation thats he's talking about, should that go on the panel that covers the speaker on top
