Is there suck thing as rubber sleeves for springs? I currently have bc racing coilovers on my is350.
Other than that is there anything you guys have done to get ride of road noise?

not gonna happen, even with those rubber sleeves. everything will generate some sort of road noise. tires, suspension and even how thick the glass and insulation is determines what you'll hear or not hear.

Dynamat your floor, roof and door skins at the added expense of more weight and obviously time/money. It does however work well as I did this to both my STi's to make them more comfortable to drive. The added weight didn't matter to me when pushing 500whp

How much would the noise reduce if you just dynamat the door? I wonder if it's where most of the noise comes from; I think that's easiest to do ... if it reduce enough, I might just do that ...

dang you not trying to gain a lot of weight from dynamat. I live in Washington State and our roads arent the smoothest ones. :/

should look at other sound deadening products. Dynamat is mainly for vibration
