Default HID Ballast

I would like to know if the ballasts are the same from a 2008 headlight and a 2012 headlight.

I don't see why not. Not too many manufacturers produce OEM HIDs.

if you have OEM xenon then it's 99.9% Denso

Yes, the control module/ballast is compatible for the years 08-13, part#8110753501

Just in case anybody tells you that you can't replace the ballast without taking apart the headlight, that is false. You can remove the ballast without opening the headlight simply by disassembling the large connector and then fishing it through.

truth...i just did it for a friend with 2012 headlights....easy 3 minute job...
